Shipping Policy

Every Dugout Projector™ is made to order. Here's what to expect after checkout:

Production Time
5 business days. Your projector is prepped, packed, and quality checked before it ships.

Shipping Time
10-12 business days. Once your order leaves our facility you get an email with tracking and can follow it the whole way.

Total Timeline
Roughly 15-17 business days from order to doorstep.

What you get:

• Tracked shipping on every order
• Tracking link sent to your email as soon as your order ships
• Real time updates the whole way

Important:

• Business days = Monday to Friday, not counting holidays
• Delays can happen during peak season (holidays, playoffs, World Series) — we'll always keep you posted
• Double check your shipping address before ordering, we can't change it once production starts
