All sales are final. No refunds, no returns, no exceptions.

The Dugout Projector™ is made to order. The moment you check out, production and processing kicks off. Once your order is placed, we cannot pause, change, or cancel it for any reason.

By completing checkout you agree to these terms and confirm you understand no refunds will be issued at any point.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will review it case by case. Damaged product claims do not guarantee a refund but may qualify for a replacement.
